At Riaagh Jewel, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. However, if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth resolution.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All tags, packaging materials, and the original invoice must be included.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims related to missing, incorrect, or empty packages.

The product must be free from scratches, damages, or signs of wear.
Not Eligible for Return

Custom-made or personalized items.

Items purchased during sale or clearance events (as marked on product page).

Products returned without proper packaging, invoice, or physical condition as stated above.
Important Notes

If you receive an incorrect product or an empty box, a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package is required.

All returned products undergo a Quality Check. If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be shipped back at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@riaagh.com within 2 days of delivery with the following details:

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes our quality checks, we will process your refund as follows:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, in line with RBI guidelines.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit (RIAAGH Wallet) within 15 days, after item pickup and verification.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchange requests within 2 days of delivery, under the following terms:
Eligible for Exchange

Damaged or Defective Items: Will be replaced with the same product.

Incorrect Items Received: Will be exchanged with the original item ordered.

Size Issues: The item can be exchanged with the same variant. A post-wear photo is required for verification.
Not Eligible for Exchange

Custom or personalized products

Sale or clearance items

Requests raised after 2 days of delivery
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping charges in case of exchange due to size issues.
