At Riaagh Jewel, we believe in creating jewellery that not only looks beautiful but stands the test of time. That's why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on select products and a flexible Buy-Back Policy to ensure you always feel confident in your purchase.
Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on eligible demi-fine jewellery for issues related to plating tarnish or discoloration.
If you experience any fading of color or loss of shine due to normal use, we’ll repair or replate your piece to restore its beauty — free of charge.
Repairable Damages
If the item is damaged due to external chemical exposure (e.g. perfumes, harsh cleaning agents), repairs can be done at the customer’s expense, provided the damage is not permanent.
Not Covered Under Warranty

Regular wear and tear (scratches, dents, etc.)

Breakage or damage caused by mishandling

Loss of stones, crystals, or decorative elements

Any third-party alteration or resizing

Custom-made jewellery sets

Broken or worn-out earring pins/posts due to usage
We recommend storing your jewellery properly and avoiding contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals to maintain its shine.
Buy-Back Policy
We understand that your style and preferences may evolve over time. That’s why we offer a buy-back option on your Riaagh purchases, redeemable as store credit.
Buy-Back Value Timeline

0–3 Months: Get 50% of the original invoice value as store credit

3–6 Months: Get 25% of the invoice value as store credit

After 6 Months: Get 15% of the invoice value as store credit

Only valid on hallmarked sterling silver jewellery.

If the hallmark certificate is missing, ₹500 will be deducted per item.

All buy-back requests are subject to quality check by our team.

Severely damaged, tampered, or altered items may not qualify for buy-back.
