Welcome to Riaagh Jewels. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and conditions for using riaagh jewels and our related services. By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our site.
 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website or placing orders.

Riaagh Jewels is an online jewelry brand offering elegant and authentic pieces made with the highest craftsmanship.
 References in these Terms to “we”, “us”, or “Riaagh Jewels” refer to Riaagh Jewels, the brand operating through riaagh.com

2. Eligibility & Use

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian’s consent) to make purchases.

  • You agree to use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

  • We reserve the right to deny access or cancel accounts if any misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms is detected.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • When you place an order on our website, it represents an offer to purchase the products listed.

  • Your order is accepted only after we send an order confirmation email to your registered address.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

    • The product is unavailable,

    • Pricing or description errors occur,

    • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as stated on the site.

  • We accept payments through trusted and secure payment gateways and Razorpay listed at checkout.

  • By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your orders safely and on time.

  • Shipping timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • Once an order is shipped, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be shared via email or SMS once dispatched.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the specified time mentioned in our policy.

  • Raise return request within 2 days of delivery 

  • Products with offer can not be return

  • Items must be unworn or unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • An unboxing videotape is needed to reuse any claims for missing particulars in your order. Please insure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.

  • The packaging must include the original tab, packaging accoutrements , and markers.

  • The product should be free of scrapes or scars.

  • still, please shoot us a videotape, If you admit an incorrect product or an empty box. Start recording from when you tear open the sealed tamper- evidence bag until the package is completely opened. This will help us break the issue snappily.

  • Return particulars entered will be checked by the quality assurance platoon. Failing to meet any prospects, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expenditure. No quantum will be refunded in this case.

Refund policy

Refunds are processed in 7–10 working days as per rbi guidelines, following item pickup and verification.

Refund will be proced in riaagh wallet as store credit for future purchase with in 15 days.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
 Goodbye sale or clearance products (as mentioned on product page).

Exchange policy

  • Customer has to pay shipping charges for size issue

  • You can exchange  with in 2 days of delivery

  • Exchange is only possible for damaged item same item will be exchange 

  • Wrong item received same item will be exchange

  • Size issue exchange with same variant item

  • For sizing issue post wearing photo is mandatory.

7. Warranty & Repairs

  • Riaagh Jewels offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a specified period (mentioned on the product page).

  • Our warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear,

    • Accidental damage,

    • Improper handling or storage.

  • Re-polishing, plating, or repair services may be offered upon request (charges may apply).

8. Product Information & Authenticity

  • We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and measurements for every product.

  • Since many of our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in color, weight, or design may occur — this adds uniqueness to each item.

  • Certificates of authenticity will be provided where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on riaagh.com designs, logos, text, graphics, and product photography) is the intellectual property of Riaagh Jewels.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. User Content & Reviews

  • When you post reviews, photos, or feedback on our website or social media, you grant Riaagh Jewels the right to use, display, and publish that content for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • You confirm that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
