Our jewellery is crafted in 925 sterling silver, which contains 92.5% pure silver for strength and durability. It is finished with a layer of 22KT gold vermeil, which gives you the look of fine jewellery in pieces made for everyday wear.
Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth after every wear to remove oil and sweat. For a deeper clean, use a soft cloth with a little mild soap and lukewarm water, then dry it fully. Avoid scrubbing, brushes, hot water and harsh chemical cleaners, as they can wear down the gold layer.
Keep each piece in a soft pouch or its own box, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Storing pieces separately stops them from scratching or tangling against each other. A dry place helps your silver and gold vermeil jewellery stay fresh and shiny for longer.
We recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing and workouts. Water, sweat and chlorine can slowly dull the finish and wear down the gold layer. Put your jewellery on only after perfume, lotion and makeup have dried.
The silver base can naturally darken when it comes into contact with air, moisture, perfume or chemicals. Wearing your jewellery regularly, wiping it after use and storing it in a pouch helps slow this down. If a piece turns very dark or the silver starts showing through, please contact our support team.

Ready-in-stock products are dispatched within 2 working days, out-of-stock products within 6 working days, and custom-made orders within 15–20 working days.

Ready-in-stock products are dispatched within 2 working days. Out-of-stock products are dispatched within 6 working days. Custom-made orders are dispatched within 15-20 working days, because they are handcrafted for you. Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, holidays, high demand or weather. If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly.

Yes. We pack every order carefully, and our pieces come in gift-ready packaging. Your parcel arrives in a sealed, tamper-evident bag. Please keep the packaging, tags and invoice safe, as they are needed if you ever request a return or exchange.
Yes, we offer international shipping. Charges vary by destination country and are calculated at checkout or shared with you by email. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Please contact our support team within 2 days of delivery with your Order ID, clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, and details of the issue. For a damaged item, a wrong item or an empty box, a continuous unboxing video is required. It must start from the sealed package until the package is completely opened. Damaged or defective items and wrong items are replaced with the same product. For a delayed order, contact us with your order number and we will help you with the tracking and next steps.
You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. The piece must be unused and unworn, with tags, original packaging and invoice, and an unboxing video is mandatory for missing or incorrect item claims. Email our support team with your Order ID, photos or videos and the reason to start your return.
Custom-made or personalised pieces, and sale, clearance or offer items, cannot be returned. Products returned without proper packaging, invoice or in worn or damaged condition are also not accepted. If a return fails our quality check, it is sent back at your cost and no refund is issued.
Email our support team within 2 days of delivery with your Order ID, photos or videos and the issue. Damaged, defective or wrong items are exchanged for the same product, and size issues for the same variant with a post-wear photo. For size exchanges, shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Once your return passes our quality check, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method in 7-10 working days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded as RIAAGH Wallet store credit within 15 days after pickup and verification.
Yes. Every Riaagh piece comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, valid from the date of purchase. We also offer Lifetime Free Re-Plating on eligible demi-fine jewellery for tarnish or fading caused by normal use, with free shipping both ways. Please see our Warranty Policy for full terms.
Wear and tear (including scratches and dents), accidental damage, improper handling or storage, and damage caused by chemical reaction (perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning agents, etc.) are not covered. Re-plating or repair for such damage is chargeable, and we will share the cost for your approval before starting.
