- Ready-in-stock items dispatched within 2 working days; out-of-stock items within 6 working days.
- Custom-made orders are dispatched within 15–20 working days, as they are handcrafted especially for you.
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery available with a ₹75 COD charge (not available on certain high-value or custom orders).
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout or shared via email. Import duties and taxes are paid by the customer at delivery.
- Tracking details shared via Email and SMS after shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for missing, incorrect, or empty package claims.
- Custom-made, personalized, sale, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced. Size issues can be exchanged for the same variant (post-wear photo required, shipping charges paid by customer).
- Prepaid refunds are credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued as RIAAGH Wallet store credit within 15 days after pickup and verification.
