Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice.
An unboxing video is mandatory for missing, incorrect, or empty package claims.
Custom-made, personalized, sale, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced. Size issues can be exchanged for the same variant (post-wear photo required, shipping charges paid by customer).
Prepaid refunds are credited within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued as RIAAGH Wallet store credit within 15 days after pickup and verification.
